Who provides Lastfind

Lastfind is operated by CONVERSION SERVICOS DE MARKETING PUBLICIDADE TECNOLOGIA E CONSULTORIA LTDA, CNPJ 10.157.043/0001-39. These terms apply to Lastfind Cloud at lastfind.ai. The independently installed Lastfind software is distributed separately under AGPL-3.0-only or a commercial license from Conversion; the applicable license governs that software.

The Free service

The Cloud Free service is provided without a subscription charge. Its current limits are one topic and up to ten ChatGPT prompts monitored weekly, as shown on our pricing page. We may apply reasonable capacity and safety limits to protect the service.

Monitoring runs depend on provider availability, queue capacity and infrastructure. A weekly Monday schedule is an intended target, not a guaranteed completion time. We do not guarantee that a brand will appear in an AI answer, that an answer will be accurate, or that monitoring will produce a particular business result.

Your account and use

Keep your account credentials secure and provide information you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the projects, prompts, brand details and other content you submit, and for ensuring your use follows applicable law and third-party rights.

Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another account or project, bypass limits, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity. Published study data cannot be changed; demo edits are temporary and cleared on reload.

Providers and data

To deliver monitoring and analysis, Lastfind may send prompts and related project or brand information to service providers. When Semantic Branding evaluation is enabled, selected excerpts from stored AI answers and relevant brand metadata may be sent through DataForSEO to Claude Responses. Changes and availability

We may update the service or these terms as the product changes. We will publish updated terms on this page. The service may be unavailable or limited during maintenance, provider interruptions or capacity constraints.

Netflix demonstration

The public Netflix streaming study uses a dedicated Lastfind project. Published study data cannot be changed; demo edits are temporary and cleared on reload. It is independent of Netflix and is not sponsored, endorsed or affiliated with Netflix.
