Who operates Lastfind

Lastfind is operated by CONVERSION SERVICOS DE MARKETING PUBLICIDADE TECNOLOGIA E CONSULTORIA LTDA, CNPJ 10.157.043/0001-39. For privacy questions or requests, contact comercial@conversion.com.br. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority before responding.

Information we process

We process account email and session information; IP address and technical request data used to protect the service; and a language preference stored in a cookie.

When you use Cloud, we process the projects and settings you create, including brand and competitor names, domains, topics and prompts. Monitoring may also process provider responses, citations, source URLs, model and run information, and usage data needed to operate and report the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide and secure Lastfind, run requested monitoring, display reports, manage service limits, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support and privacy requests.

Service providers and international processing

Lastfind Cloud uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Monitoring and analysis use DataForSEO. If Semantic Branding evaluation is enabled, selected excerpts from stored AI answers and relevant brand metadata are sent through DataForSEO to its Claude Responses integration for evaluation. Provider processing may take place outside your country. These providers process information to supply their services to Lastfind.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and public demo

Lastfind uses a session cookie needed to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for language. The public Netflix demonstration uses a separate project with published study data that visitors cannot change. Demo edits are temporary and cleared on reload. The demonstration is not affiliated with Netflix.

Storage and requests

We retain account, project and monitoring records while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. There is no fixed automatic retention period, and Lastfind does not currently automatically delete stored project data. You may contact us to request access, correction or other action concerning personal data. We will verify requests and process valid requests under applicable law; some information may be retained where the law permits or requires it.
